major project: concept, location, materials and furniture.

 Concept:

The concept of my major project of interior design is to design apartment room for a young couple (GENZ).This apartment is aimed to create the best comfy, relaxing, open environment and equipped with smart devices. The entire spaces are designed on using soft beige and neutral colour palette which establish calm, comforting and warmth atmosphere and combination of the Scandinavian and Minimalist style. 

Location: 

This apartment is located in Liverpool. The reason why I am choosing this location because the place is quite good it located near the sea which is a really good place to stay and also the average spending is lower than other capital city such as London. This apartment base in The Tower in 19 plaza Boulevard, Liverpool. This building is based in within 5 minutes walking distance to the heart of Liverpool city and just a short walk to amazing variety of shop, restaurant, bars and entertainment area.

Materials and furniture:

This project I use with variety of elements such as hardwood and tile. Wood including ask, oak and cherry that can be found in locally over the UK.The colours are using is soft-beige and neutral colour palette which make the apartment look luminous connecting to natural sunlight. Furniture and accessories in this project design in Scandinavians and minimalist style which emphasize on simplicity modern look and cleanness. Wooden materials are the main aspect in this apartment.
