Frist, I will be looking at woodwork materials first. There are 3 different types of wood such as softwood, hardwood and engineered wood.
- Softwood: light, thin less dense than hardwood and it is non-load bearing. Softwood don't typically shad it widely use for construction of the construction of home, cabins and furniture. Softwood including cedarwood, firwood, spruce, hemlock, pine. Softwood that commonly use in UK is Pinus sylvestris tree.
- Hardwood: dense, more load bearing heavy structure duties such as walls, floors and ceiling can also use for furniture, veneer and cabinet. Hardwood are popular used for flooring because it long lifespan and more fire resistant. Hardwood including English oak, beech, ash, elm, sycamore, birch, walnut, mahogany, teak. Most commonly use woods in UK are Ash, Oak, walnut, mahogany, teak.
- Engineered wood: look almost identical to hardwood on the surface, made from plywood and have a thin layer of hardwood on top, it can not refinished and not having a long lifespan.
Secondly, I will be looking at Tiles.
There are different type of tiles such ceramics tiles, wooden tiles, porcelain tiles, marble tiles, mosaic tiles.
Wooden tiles: wood-like look, It is sustain to any kind of climate condition and withstand. Wooden tiles are very easy to clean and maintain, it is also very durable last for long time. Wooden tiles are available in many different designs, colours and it much cheaper than hardwood floor.
Mosaic tiles: it moisture resistant, work with creative design and come with various of shapes, styles, colour and sizes.

I also chose ceramic for floor and wall in the kitchen and bathroom because it durable easy to clean and affordable price. Ceramic tiles are water resistant which prevent from germs and molds. It is durable with scratches resistant and skid resistant.
Moreover, I will also use wall paint and wallpaper to bring more design look with pattern and texture to the spaces in bohemian design look.
For furniture and decoration I will include some wooden furniture along with metals decoration, plants, textile, burlap, hemp, rattan and so on. I will be create moodboard to show my what I will using for my design.
