Creating floorplan using Homebyme

 In previous post I have sketched out floor plan for my project, then I look at average house and room size in the UK and now I will use home by me to create floor plan and also dimension.

This is ground floor plan that I created. This ground floor include kitchen, living room, spare bedroom and bathroom. 

Next, I added stair and I delete wall between kitchen and living room because I want this house to have open kitchen and living room which make the space look more bigger and opening space. I put stair on the left side because I think it is better to put it aside so it doesn't bother the space.

This is first floor plan that I have created. This first floor include master bedroom with en suite, home office, children's bedroom and bathroom.

Here is the dimensions of the house.

After, I added doors and windows both ground floor and first floor. 

In the stair part, I put two window because it bring more natural light and look to the house and it also help to spend less energy on light. I also added stair handrail.

For exterior, I added patio, garden and driveway to make it look like a complete house.

This is the exterior of the house. I added two big glass window up stair to make more natural light into the house and also that part is relaxing place where people can sit and watching the outside view and it also good for family who have small child which prevent from accident than having a terrace up stair. 

Moving to interior, I try out some wood floor that I would like to put in the house. These are wood floor design that I would to include in the house and I try out some different colour and style to see which one is suit better.

After, try out some different design and colour I decided to choose the last one because I think it look better than the other design and the colour is not too dark or too light and this colour make the space look bigger and I added this floor on the opening space both ground floor and first floor. For other room such as bedroom, bathroom and home office I will use other floor design depend on my design in each room.

This is the floor type that I use on the opening space both up stair and down stair.
